OXTAIL SOUR & SPICY SOUP SEASONING
Chili, shallot, garlic, candlenut, turmeric, salt, sugar, potassium sorbate, flavour enhancer (621).
A : - 1 kg oxtail, cut
- 2000 cc water
B : - 1 pack PAZAR OXTAIL SOUR & SPICY SOUP Seasoning
- 3000 cc water
- 100 gr mushroom
- 3 pcs green tomatoes
- 10 pcs chillies
- 4 pcs lime leaves
- 3 pcs Indonesian bay leaves
- 1 kemangi leaf
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
How To Cook :
1. Boil A for about 10 – 15 minutes, drain well& wash.
2. Boil again oxtail with 3000 cc water, add Indonesian by leaves, lime leaves, until tender with low
3. Fill water to original level ( 3000 cc ).
4. Add PAZAR OXTAIL SOUR & SPICY SOUP Seasoning, tomatoes, mushroom & chillies and boil for
about 5 minutes.
5. Add kemangi leaf, lime juice before serving.
