Ingredients: Chili, Shallot, garlic, candle nut, galangal, lemon grass, turmeric, pepper, salt, sugar, flavor enhancer (E621), palm Oil, potassium sorbate(E202).
Prepare:
- 1 pack PAZAR Rendang Jawa Seasoning
- 1kg tenderloin/1 chicken cut into pieces
- 1500ml coconut milk
- 200ml coconut cream
- 5 pieces bay leaf
- 5 pieces lime leaf
- 3 table spoon vegetable oil
How to cook:
1. Stir fry PAZAR Rendang Jawa Seasoning with 3 table spoon vegetable oil; add beef/ chicken until change color for about 3 minutes.
